Order Cancellation

Cancellation Window

You can request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be processed or dispatched, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Can I Cancel After Dispatch?

If your order has already been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange once the item arrives, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

How to Cancel an Order

Include the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • (Optional) A brief reason for cancellation

We recommend reaching out as soon as possible to improve the chance of stopping your order before dispatch.

Refund Timeline

If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.


Please note:

  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

  • Customised or personalised items are non-cancellable, as they are made specifically to order.
